Our Services

Mount Sage Advisors is a BVI Approved Manager, primarily to offer Investment Management Advisory Services to regulated BVI Investment Managers. As Approved Manager we have the authority to serve as an investment manager or investment advisor to the following:

BVI private or professional funds, their qualifying feeder funds, and affiliates with assets under management of less than US$400 million, as defined under the BVI Securities and Investment Business Act, 2010 (as amended) (SIBA).

Closed-ended funds from either the BVI or a 'recognized jurisdiction,' which exhibit characteristics similar to a private or professional fund, and their qualifying feeder funds and affiliates with assets under management of less than US$1 billion.

Open-ended funds incorporated, formed, or organized in a 'recognized jurisdiction' that share equivalent characteristics with a private or professional fund and have less than US$400 million in assets under management.

We also provide Independent Directorship and Ancillary services, primarily to clients operating in the regulated Investment Management, Private Wealth Management and Banking sectors. We aim to provide true value-added services as non-executive independent resident directors.

This not only benefits client entities affiliated with the BVI Approved Manager but also helps them meet economic substance requirements in the BVI, including directorial obligations.
