## Accounting, fund operations and outsourced CFO / COO

Mount Sage provides accounting, outsourced CFO, COO and fund operations support to private equity firms,
hedge funds and alternative investment managers. Led by a chartered accountant with 25+ years of
industry experience and 15+ years in operations consulting, across the UK, Ireland, Channel Islands,
Luxembourg, Malta, Dubai, Cayman Islands and the BVI. Scope includes fractional CFO/COO for the
fund operator, PPM and LPA review from an operational perspective, service provider screening
and oversight, regulator engagement through launch and lifecycle, pitchbook, fund model and DDQ
preparation, policies and procedures including valuation policy and compliance manual, budgeting
and cashflow, valuation framework design and shadow NAV, and management of fund and GP audits.
